Oh my sole! Do I need Foot Orthotics?
You may be wondering “Do I need Foot Orthotics?”
What are they? And are they for everybody? Or do I need to be an athlete to have them? Do I need to have a problem to have them?
The answer is NO! Foot Orthotics are for everyone.

WORN OUT SHOES
Are you wearing the soles on one side more than the other? Your feet may rolls inward or your ankles may turn outwards.
Is the left or right shoe more worn down than the other?
THE WET TEST
With wet feet, stand on a piece of newspaper or paper towel and then examine your foot print. A footprint without a c-curve in the arch could signify a pronator, and a prominent c-curve could suggest a supinator.
Do your feet hurt after a long day of standing? Do you experience a burning sensation from doing simple exercises? Do you have arch pain or heel pain?
INJURY TO LOWER LIMBS
